Best Customer Experience

I wish I could rate this Agent a 10 out of 10. Shevani from Pentravel Canal Walk, has been patient, friendly, reliable and informative. I recieved the best service from her, especially when considering my disappointment from the upstairs competitor. I had visited this branch before, however, this time it was different. I always walked past looking at the amazing specials that have been released. but this time Shevani stood next to me explaining each one, with as much detail needed. But my biggest problem is, I cannot find a destination that I want to spend my hard earned money on. Instead of handing me a whole bunch of brochures I'd recieved in the past. Shevani sent me a detailed email with all the possible places I'd like to visit. Because of her, I know know where I want to take my family. but I need to save in the upcoming year and I told Shevani that I won't be booking now. I feel confident enough to book everything through her in the future, so I had to decline her packages, but I am grateful for all her efforts and I can definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a great and secure holiday.
