Bad service
The only reason I am giving a 1 star is because there is no 0 star rating. I asked for a quote for Singapore and Bali on 20 nov 2020 and sasha-lee was the agent who helped me. She promised to get back to me by 22 nov 2020. I decided to give them a bit of time and followed up on 25 nov 2020 after I did not get anything from her on 22 nov 2020. I got the following response: "Hi Ncami, Thank you for your message. Sasha isn't currently online but I have left her a message to give you an update on your request. She will be in touch with you soonest.". Today its the 5th of Dec and am not sure if Sasha-lee is still not online or no one else could be bothered to help or pentravel was just not interested in my business. I guess I will never know!
I am terribly sorry for the delay in servicing your travel request and will be sure to address this matter to ensure we change your experience of Pentravel to date.
