Aysha Ismael- The best travel agent

Last year in September,I made a booking with Pentravel for my MSC Cruise ship. I was assigned an agent yo assist me (Ms Aysha Ismael). She was very helpful, friendly, patient & efficient over the few months leading to our embarkation.

I was very nervous on the last week & last day, I couldn't even see the attachments that she sent because I had booked for a cab from King Shaka Airport to the Nelson Mandela Terminal & booked the anniversary package.

She had to send screenshots of what I needed to see because I was too nervous to see.🙂There were days whereby I could not get hold of her because she was out of office but I got assistance from other agents because she had left everything in order.

Aysha is a huge asset to Pentravel.
