Awesome Service Experience

<p>Salute and props go to Deirdre de Swardt from Pentravel for awesome customer service which one is not accustomed to anymore. Some time ago I started to plan a trip for my 30th wedding anniversary. Travelling to a foreign destination is a process I am not fami**** with, hence I physically visited various well known travel agencies in Pretoria East, time and time again just to receive a brochure and to be sent on my merry way with a commitment to receive a follow up call to discuss my request, to no avail. I then started to do some research on the internet and saw a package which I thought was good value for money and took a chance to enquire, but not expecting much to happen in return. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick response a few minutes later and the support and advise but more so the patience shown by Deirdre de Swardt from Pentravel who assisted me to make this an effecctive and efficient process and a very pleasant experience from start to end. Throughout the process Deirdre kept me updated and every time I had an enquiry her response was quick and efficient. Dealing with a person electronically in Cape Town from Pretoria turned out to be a very pleasant experience compared to the miserable face to face service received locally. Well done Deirdre for your awesome service and well done to Pentravel for your slick and efficient electronic processes. Looking forward to my trip in 3 days-time with my best friend my wife of 30 years and a well-deserved rest. Deidre from an employee perspective perhaps gave her usual great service, but from my perspective it is much more, Deirdre you helped me to make a dream came true, for both me and my wife. The Rand vs Dollar maybe in bad shape but my shares with the wife is at a all time high (lol) - God bless you.</p>
