Amy de Beer was extremely helpful. Initially she gave me excellent advice about flight bookings, travel insurance, visa applications and matters related to our itinerary. Later, Amy also assisted me with a problem I experienced when we tried to book interviews for our visa applications. A week or so later she enquired about the outcome of our visa applications. A week after our return from England and Croatia, Amy also phoned us to hear whether everything went well during our trip. This call was a pleasant surprise. I was even encouraged to pop in at Pentravel Brooklyn to share experiences and helpful info with the Pentravel people. We will definitely make use of her/Pentravel's services in future.
