Amazing Service received-Pentravel Pietermaritzburg

I recently traveled with my husband to Italy and France, and had the most amazing experience due to the help received from our travel agent, Roxanne Clark from Pentravel Pietermaritzburg. She was simply amazing. This was a first for us, as we had not traveled abroad before and Roxanne made the process so simple and stress free. She helped us arrange this dream trip, accommodating all our needs and requests, and most importantly ensured that we stayed within our budget. She was so on the ball with changes and requests made, especially since we were planning this trip long distance. We live in Jhb, and Roxanne (located in Pietermaritzburg) was so quick in regard to all correspondence, that she made the distance virtually non existent.
