amazing service
I recently saw an ad on Facebook regarding a cruise and decided to make further enquires, a lovely lady by the name of Pria called me and obliged to assist me going forward. She watts app me all the details from her private phone and all documents were sent via e mail, I was asked to pay the full amount into Pentravels account and sit back and relax. I found this service too good to be true and on the day of the cruise I was really hesitant and fingers crossed as I was travelling with my young family. Upon arrival the process was so smooth as everything that Pria had sent and advised was 100% on point, the cruise was magnificent as MSC went over and beyond not to disappoint. This service rendered by Pria of Pentravel was surely amazing, I will definitely not hesitate using them going forward
