Amazing Patience and Attention to Detailed Requests
I wish to thank Maryke Bester of Pen-travel for her incredible patience snd guidance in helping me to find an affordable flight to the United Kingdom. She was also able to ensure that I had the necessary unencumbered isle seats within easy reach of the toilets. And most of all being able to ensure that I had wheelchair assistance to and from the UK from Cape Town on all four flights on Emirates via Dubai. She also kept in touch with me and made it possible for me to change times and dates should this become necessary.
