Absolutely great service and attitude!!
Kevin is a very professional, friendly and helpful travel agent at Pentravel. He was so patient and understanding with my correspondence with him....after requesting various quotes from him and my many questions i had he still remained professional and always ready and willing to assist. He also was great at giving advice about my holiday destination to Thailand and Bangkok which i appreciate so much. He is absolutely great at what he does and i would recommend anyone to book through Kevin when booking through Pentravel. Thanks again :). Your service and kind spirit is much appreciated!
