Juliet ***** at Pentravel East Rand Mall is an absolute God send. She helped me with copious amounts of queries, so many in fact that it felt like I was interrogating her at times. Right from the very beginning of the process until I was at my destination and settled in, she was there for me making sure that I had what I needed. The patience and assistance was appreciated so much and made this very nerve wrecking experience of travelling for 23 hours a smooth transition.
