Above and beyond THE EXTRA MILE!

My dream cruise has always been a Mediterranean Cruise. After having experienced the local-Pomene Island cruise, i wanted to experience the clear waters of the Mediterranean. December last year, I mentioned it to a friend, who also loves the cruises, and she was all game as this year is her 60th birthday. She was game because I had gone abroad for my 50th and she was wanting to do the same. After having looked around at various agencies as well as carriers, I settled with Pentravel. As luck would have it, I got Lindsay Ransom, the same consultant who did my first cruise. As women are, we shared our excitement with a few friends and soem even wanted to join us. We booked for four, with two cabins, and as luck would have it, the other two bailed. Needless to say, morale dropped and as time progressed, I think we actually lost focus, and "life was lifing". I'm not sure how many times i changed our booking but Lindsay had so much patience with us and just went with us. Our payment deadline was approaching quickly and we weren't even halfway, as this was a holiday that was pricey and one which we worked for. Be that as it may be, Lindsay patiently tolerated our temperaments and when she went on leave, she left us in the competent hands of a colleague, ie Abby, at another branch. I am extremely thankful to the both of them as they truly go above and beyond just customer service, understanding the difficulties of their clients. I would highly recommend Pentravel and if you're lucky, I hope you are blessed with the professional and exceptional services of both Lindsay and Abby. Looking forward to my next one with you.
