A good experience.
After looking helplessly for flights on our own as we had two different countries as arrival and departure locations, we spoke to Celeste. It has been a very easy process and she has assisted us with flights, insurance and random travel queries throughout our planning process. She also insisted on keeping everything filed for us to make sure she can cover us during the holiday.
Many thanks to Celeste Patel for friendly, prompt service.
