I want to sincerely commend Milette Rogers for her outstanding patience and support in helping me book my flight to Thailand. As an inexperienced and very nervous traveller, I was overwhelmed by the process, but she guided me through each step with calm professionalism and genuine kindness. She never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions, and her reassurance gave me the confidence I needed. Her exceptional customer service made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m truly grateful for her help.
