*10/10 - Exceptional Service from Letoya Mpungose & the Pentravel La Lucia Mall Team* I highly recommend Letoya at Pentravel La Lucia and the La Lucia Mall team for the way they handled our Paris trip booking and everything that came after. Letoya provided excellent, professional service from start to finish when booking our trip. She was attentive, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When we had an unplanned flight change during the public holidays, her colleagues stepped in immediately and were incredibly helpful. What really stood out was how proactive they were — they contacted me directly on WhatsApp, kept me updated, and sorted everything out quickly without me having to chase them and stress while I was on holiday.
