Pathetic customer service

If Hello peter allowed a zero rating ,the customer service from Pentax front office definitely deserves it!!! After a many weeks of searching for a company that supplies Greenlee equipment in SA, I came across Pentax trading. Whilst searching their website I Sent through an enquiry requesting information on a abovementioned equipment. After receiving NO FEEDBACK, I called Pentax - the lady who answered the phone refused to give me her name and when asked if I could speak to someone regarding sales- she hangs up on me in mid-conversation. I give her the benefit of doubt and decide to call back , only for her to give me an email address and then she rudely hangs up AGAIN!!!! At this point, I am completely frustrated, wasted 2 phone calls , an email and 2 online enquiries!! Pentax Trading needs to get their front line consultants sorted out!! No point in putting *********** staff on your phones and expecting them to help prospective clients!!!!
