********* Billing and Business Dealings

On Friday 13/10 I received a Bill from Rent-A-Property the agents that I rented from. I was completely shocked. First note that I moved after feeling pressured because of the people who lived downstairs from me always yelling and swearing us when we so much as just walked a bit to loud. I graciously told these agent to keep my deposits to cover what else I might owe them I just wanted out. To my great dismay I receive this preposterous bill from them for almost R 8300.00 on Friday on this account it states that they had the carpets washed charging me R 695.00 even after I sent them the invoice where I paid R 700.00 to have the carpets washed. I moved into this place on the 31st Of November 2016 the carpets were dirty, the walls were dirty, the paint was chipped in the hall way next to the front door and on all the window sills. They are charging me about R 150.00 per window sill to have had it repainted but it's noted on my fault list how does that work. I had to replace the toilet seats out of my pocket when I moved in there because there was no toilet seats. They're Charging me R 695.00 for cleaning service even though I washed the walls and the night that I returned the keys I vacuumed the carpets and did a final check on every thing to make sure that everything is in working order. I'm being charged for an indicator light on the stove that worked the night I returned the keys that's about R 200.00 but the piece d' resistance with these people is charging me R 1452.00 for a replacement front door really... when I drove past there on Friday night I noticed that it's still the same ****** front door. How on earth, where do you get off charging people R 1452.00 for a replacement front door when it's still the same door???? that tells me that this whole bill is made up and that everything you same was fixed or replace wasn't done how do people like you sleep knowing that you're such big ***** and cheats. I honestly don't get it??? I goes beyond my level of comprehension how ********* cheats like you can live with yourself.
