Unacceptable

<p>Miss Cleo Irene Schoeman, are not only the worst Renting agent that I have ever talked to, but the most unprofessional one too. I am very upset about the way they treated me and my wife. RENT A PROP broke our contract and they completely pulled everything out of per portion. On the form that I had to fill in with my banking details for my refund, clearly states that the money will be paid into my account in 14 working days. I am waiting 26 day's now for my deposit to be paid back, I still can't even get hold of her, every time I call her, she claims to be too busy to talk to me. Every time I phone her and do get hold of her, he makes up some story just to let me wait for another day or two. I am sick and tired of waiting for them to pay me back my deposit. Last week Thursday, she told me that the money will be in my account and that my deposit is save and no one can touch it, NOT EVEN THEM, she also said that I will be refunded in full and that I do not have to worry about that. That was the last I spoke to her.</p> <p>I had permission from the owner to paint 3walls as long as it’s not purple or pink. My agent (Madeleine Anita de Abreu) who I worked with directly gave me the permission that she got from the owner.</p> <p>Now after I moved out on the 28th of May 2017. “The owner isn’t happy with the colour of the walls.” Rent a Prop is now holding me responsible for the paintwork that needs to be done in the apartment. I refuse to pay for it; I had permission from (Madeleine Anita de Abreu). Now Rent a Prop doesn’t want to pay my deposit of R6300.</p> <p>There have been other costs that I went through to get the apartment up to my standards and never was this kept in mind.</p>
