STATUS MARK RENTAL DEPOSIT THEFT , LIES AND ELAINE JANSE VAN VUUREN

I want to express my pure disgust at the unprofessionalism and THEFT that Status Mark - Rent-A-Property Roodepoort has shown me. My story begins in 2015 when I decided to move out of the apartment I was renting before my contract expired which I totally can, CPA laws and all. I did my bit of writing my intention to move out 30 days prior. I knew that a reasonable cancellation fee would be charged but ELAINE JANSE VAN VUUREN decided that I will not be eligible to any refund. After a long back and forth between ELAINE JANSE VAN VUUREN and my representative, she came up with a figure off head where she manipulated figures and **** constantly to reach a measly figure which was to be paid back to me last week, 2017-09-23. A week later, I am still waiting and she has provided us with no update. ELAINE JANSE VAN VUUREN does not answer our phone calls but hides like a puppy in her STATUS MARK ROODEPOORT offices instead. ELAINE JANSE VAN VUUREN manipulated figures to ***** my whole deposit as well as my electricity deposit fee despite the fact that I paid my electricity and water bill during my stay and have never defaulted. I am truly disgusted at the pure **************** by ELAINE JANSE VAN VUUREN and STATUS MARK ROODEPOORT.
