Rude and unprofessional service from rental agent

I would like to recommend that nobody use the service of Freda Brits who is a rental agent with Rent a Property Ruimsig.

She was absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to!

I was doing an initial inquiring as to any property available in the Florida area on behalf of a family member, all I needed to know was if there was any and I would of taken it from there. She cut me off by saying she would have to speak to my family member directly because she needed bank statements first!

I told her what she could afford and qualify for (I know what she would qualify for because an agent from another company already did the checks!) She told me " you can't tell me how much she qualifies for!

I respect the procedures that are taken when applying for a rental property, and was willing to abide, however, her attitude, abruptness and nasty tone I didn't expect or deserve!

I ended the call by saying okay, thanks, don't worry about it, and you are very rude. I could of used some choice words, but two wrongs don't make a right!

Shame on her for treating me that way!

If this is how a potential customer is treated than I don't recommend anyone else use Rent a Property services.
