RENTAL AGENTS PFFT

I really would not recommend renting from Rent-A- Property. They allow tenants to move into ****ed up places and once you move out they charge you for repairs that was not even necessary. I was held liable for the replacement of a wooden front door total of R 1425.00 how is that the tenants problem isn't that the owners problem??? Being charged for carpet cleaning after sending them the invoice of carpets that was cleaned.... I am totally shocked at being charged these elaborate amounts on things that was broken and had to be fixed before I moved into the place. It pains me to say that no one should ever consider renting a property from these people the are 100% totally ********* in their business dealings.
