On querying this their employee Poppie Lephogole had the audacity to tell me to use less electricity. I asked her to please explain as I live alone and I work a 7 to 6 job. So where exactly does she suggest I use less. I decided to move. Firstly my deposit was short paid by almost 1500 and then Elaine Nel the manager sends me an invoice telling me I was charged for them bringing in professional cleaners. So I asked her why? I was there when Corien Naude said that (and I quote) the place was in immaculate condition. The new tenants were actually moving in as I moved out. So then she removed that and gave me ridiculous water and lights bill. Their service, their business s****s is much to be questioned. Can anybody tell me how we bring these proper tiers to book. I see so many complaints about them.
