Rent a Prop - Swindling tenants out of their Deposit

<p>When I first moved toa flat in Centurion, hey did not come and inpect he plac with me they did the inspection alone, when I arrived I found a lot of other problems with the flat such as chipson the wall that were never added to he inspection list. The place was only cleaned out after a month of me living in it, the oven and shower were filthy and I had someone clean them out as I could nt stay in a dirty place. I have moved out a year later 30 November 2016. An Agent came to inpsect the place and wrote down he previous people's damage, the onky thing I wanted them to do was clean the place out as I was unable o coming straight out of hospital two days before, but no other damae was caused by myself and partner during our stay. They now are using our entire deposit to paint the fla out at a ridiulous price for damage from the prevous tenant, I have luckily kept the previous inpspection list and sent it to them to show them that the damage was not ours to fix, we have called them and hey have not helped, putting us through to different people to talk to bu t no one seems to help at all.
