Rent-a-prop should not be in business!

I have been renting from rent-a-prop in Centurion for 3 years. I have tried numerous times via phone calls and emails to sort out our water leak at our rental business property and its 3 YEARS LATER AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE! I am fed with lies and false promises and when you confront them, then they get rude, lie or just won't take your calls or respond emails. I have been with 3 other letting companies and Rent-a-prop is by far the worst and most unprofessional letting company I have ever dealt with. All they care about is taking your money. I am not sure if they know that they are acting against the rental agreement and the south african property law, so I will no longer pay rent until they fix all structural damage caused by the water leak(Which I wish I can show how severe it actually really is!)
