Rent a Prop Rooihuiskraal had me move into a house with a preexisting water problem and refused to fix the problem and continuously demanded that I pay for the exorbitant water bill.

I spent less than 7 days a month in that house but my water bill was reaching 6-900 a month!!! I live alone, I only bath and cook during those 7 days a month. How am I consuming R6-900 of water???

On top of that, I only spend R150 on electricity a month. There is no way my water bill can be higher than my water bill.

Even the owner of the house is sick of them and wants to terminate his agreement with them.

I will be sending my lawyers to deal with them.

EVERYONE BE AWARE, RENT-A-PROP GIVES BAD SERVICE AND IS EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT.

They will let you rent a house with pre-existing problems and won’t inform you just to turn around and make YOU pay for it all.
