Pathetic...Deposit refund drama

Moved into a Centurion property of theirs that had defects noted on the entry inspection list that they never attended to. On exist inspection these defects again where noted but miraculously they get overlooked and money is deducted from our deposit to "repair" these things that we found there. When disputing this, the process gets dragged as if we now have to prove ourselves even though both inspection lists are with them and they even emailed the same lists they supposedly went through and still got so horribly wrong. This back and forth is pathetic. They seem to be deliberately looking to make money **********ly of tenants.
