No response or follow through on property repairs

I've sent numerous emails to Loreal and other agents at Rent a Prop regarding all the faults at the unit we stay in. There is water leaking from the main bedroom's bathroom dripping all the way through the ceiling downstairs. The staircase wall needs to be repainted as the wall have started molded. The stove has not been working for the last month. The walls chip when you look at it for too long, the outside gate was never mounted properly and you'll at least need two bodybuilders just to open it. This place was build not even a year ago and yet its falling apart! They are quick to send you your monthly bill but can't even reply to their emails, not to mention actually doing something about it. When the contract expires and you wait months for your deposit to be paid back, they will probably charge you for all these things. What is it going to take for you to just action these things ? I've had enough!
