Moved out 30th of September.Still havent received deposit.Agent still hasn't inspected our old place and nobody get's back to you.

<p>Terrible service after we moved out of our place in Centurion.We moved out end of September and yet still nobody has paid us after numerous calls and e-mails.Been in contact with 5 people yet none of them has e-mailed or called us back.I spoke to a lady on Monday and she said the money will be paid in on Tuesday still no deposit.Spoke to a different lady this morning and she says the agent still needs to go and inspect the house.Anyhow they keep speaking to the Agent ,but he's phone has been off since the 14th yet they speak to him on he's cell phone????He ignored our call's ,smses .e-mails and whatsapps .Not sure how they get thru but can't get through from numerous other numbers.I won't mention indivdual names.As i dealt with 5 different people and don't want to slander individuals names ,they all represent Rent a Prop.They were good at everything else ,but now when it comes to refunding our deposit it has been taking forever.The service is very unproffesional.Nobody get's back to you.and they **** to me over the phone ,no nicer way of putting it.</p> <p>Can i please get feedback as to when this will be resolved?</p>
