Compassionate and thorough service

Excellent service.

I had to relocate to Durban from Parklands North quite urgently in November 2020. Corné found a suitable tenant for me within 3 days who stayed on for almost 2 years. The tenant had a baby at some point and they short-paid a month or two, but it did not affact me as they would advance some of the funds to me until they could recover the shortpayment from them.

When I decided to sell my property, there was thorough communication throughout the process from Estelle, the selling agent. I had to pay an amount in towards the sale, and Arie agreed on an arrangement to pay a portion of the commission off over 3 months since I just had a baby myself.

They treated me and the tenant with great compassion throughout the years and always tried to accommodate all parties involved to the best of their capabilities.
