Clear undermining

Not only did Rent a Prop fail to honour their agreement to evict a squatter they were responsible for in my apartment (31 Villa Strelitzia, Kosmosdal) without contacting me, but I am being undermined in the matter because I get no clear process when I query about the deposit left behind by the tenant.<br> Even though I am the rightful owner of the property I feel that the agency is undermining me and insist on recognizing their affiliate who is the previous owner (the developer).<br> <br> Having gone through all the trouble without the help of Rent a Prop, I need the deposit to cover the prior two months' rent lost through non-payment from their squatter.<br> therefore as the current and sole owner of the unit I need clarity on what Rent a Prop's intention is with the deposit they are holding on to since 1 November 2015.<br> <br> The Estate Agency Affairs Board will be the next avenue in pursuing justice in the matter should I not get any resolution within the next 48hrs.
