Pentair offers not real aftersales service

Bought a unit in August 2015 and followed instructions but the unit does not climb walls. after one hell of a battle A lady named ****** arranged for a Mr Hill to come and see me. this guys blamed the \Pool Gobbler"but in any even changed the tires and the turbine. gave it a few days and still it did not want to work properly. Mr Hill indicated that there is a third type of soft latex tire that could solve the problem. but nothing happened. Eventually ****** arranged for another Specialist \""Chris\"" to come out and see me this guys indicated that the tires were worn and again replaced them. again he said it must run for a few days.if that did not work he would arrange for demo on models that would work. \""To which I indicated that their declaimer said the dominator would work in any pool. he shrugged it off as if he did not hear me. Late November 2015 Chris indicated that he would proceed to get the Latex wheels made up for me. since then he has been ignoring me. I am at the end of my tether now and just hope that folks read this before buying anything from Pentair / Kreepy Krauwly. Think twice folks.These guys do not do after sales service the way they claim.. """
