BEWARE OF PENTAIR / KREEPY KRAULY Bad service from Pentair Kempton Park ********** 177. Service rep. ******, will not give you an opportunity to present your problem, she just keeps on talking and never stops. I bought a Kreepy Krauly product, (Bullshark Pro) This thing can not operate without supervision. It will turn on it's back and stay like that. Their field service rep. by the name of James came to my premises and first hand experienced exactly what my complaint is about. He took the piece of ******* to their office for inspection and returned it two weeks later, after I had to question them about returning that thing. The problem still exist.
