Worst Experience EVER !!!

Worst service and Experience EVER...SUZUKI MENLYN was told to put holding deposit on car to secure , made payment immediate and signed OTP, next day they say the rather selling car to Finance client... took 9 days to get deposit refunded !!!! All people involved didnt seem to care at all.

STAY AWAY !!!! If service is like this before buying what will it be after ???.... Did not expect this from a GRoup or Franchise dealer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
