USELESS SERVICE FROM PENTA MENLYN

I have had several different vehicle brands over the past 40 years and never have I experienced such useless "service" (non-service). I took my Jeep Wrangler to Penta Menlyn on Friday 3 July 2020 to solve the dreaded "Death Wobble"; something that Jeep is known for. On Friday at 14h49 they let me know they don't have the part and will be able to attend to the problem on Monday. I left the vehicle there over the weekend as one cannot exceed 60km/h with the "Death wobble". On Monday 12h15 I was called and said I can collect the vehicle before 17h00. I arrived on Monday before 17h00 only for them to tell me the vehicle is not ready; this after organizing a lift from Centurion. On Tuesday at 16h17 I had to call only to be informed that the issue has to be resolved by Jeep HQ. The vehicle is still under service plan and warranty. Then on Wednesday I had to call again to follow up left messages but no one returned my call. I eventually insisted I want to speak to the manager. I then eventually received a call from Mr Andre Booysen who was very apologetic and he would resolve the problem himself and make sure that I will be kept updated. Once again on Thursday when I did not hear from them I called at 15h05 trying to find out what is going on. Once again no answer. I then resorted to send a whattsup to Mr Booysen who said he was in a meeting and he would follow up with HQ. Now HQ wants more photos (sic) for something that is a Jeep problem. I have been without a vehicle for a week an they cannot even offer a replacement until my vehicle is repaired. I have indicated to Mr Booysen that I am posting this but he has not yet responded. Clearly Penta Menlyn has no priority for customer service and one would think in these difficult times customer service would be a priority.
