Unsatisfactory after sales service

After sales service with Penta Motor Group (Suzuki) Menlyn is not up to standard. I drive a 2023 Suzuki Swift Sport which I bought from them. On the 5th of February my vehicle was booked in for it's 2nd service (20 000 kms), I stay in Elarduspark and work in Alberton, they could not help me with a courtesy car so I had to take the day off from work. The next day I received a message to inform me that there is outstanding recall campaign on my vehicle. When contacted them, I was informed that I had to book my vehicle in, my question is, could this not have been done the previous day when it was there for a service. I requested a courtesy vehicle for when I book it in as I can't take another day off at work for this, I was told that they would call me back, the next day I called again and I was once again told that they would call me back, I then wrote a message on their website with a reply that they would contact me, I have still not heard a word from them. If something goes wrong on my vehicle because of the fact that he did not go back for the recall, I will not accept responsibility for it and they will carry the cost.
