Unacceptable service Montana Suzuki

I am disappointed with the service I am getting from Michael and his team at Suzuki Montana. Ordered my vehicle in July and paid a R10000 deposit. Vehicle eta was end Aug. Got confirmation that vehicle's eta was 6 Sept. Have not heard from them. Phoned them a week later and Michael informed me that he has paid for my vehicle and it's at the Harbour and eta is 5 working days. Yesterday followed up only to be told that they did not receive a white car and had a silver in stock but sold it. Now there is no white vehicle's in the group but I will have silver ready for collection on Friday. How will that be possible ? I have been **** to so many times that I lost all faith in this group and in particular Michael and the Mon6team. Would not recommend any one to make use of their services. They don't communicate and when you follow up its all stories.
