Suzuki Montana is the worst dealership!
Suzuki Montana is the worst dealership ever!!! I took my car for service at 7am, around 10am they called me saying my car had been bumped!! They are now refusing to take responsibility even though the car was under their care, Iv now had to take the legal route!! AVOID that dealership!!! What a horror!!!

We would like to clarify that the damage to your vehicle was the result of an incident involving another customer on our premises and was not caused by a member of the Suzuki Montana team. We understand, however, that this distinction does not lessen the inconvenience you have experienced.
The matter is currently being handled through the responsible party's insurance provider, and we are cooperating fully to assist in reaching a resolution as quickly as possible.

29 May 2026, 09:46Suzuki Montana that incident happened on your premises when I was gone and the car was in your car, you refused to take any responsibility and even tried bullying me into accepting it as my responsibility to make sure my car is fixed!! You are a horrible dealership and you even went as far as making an example that if my car gets bumped at the mall is it that malls responsibility?? And i said when I park at the mall I dont hand my keys over to anyone, Im fully aware its my responsibility. I have tried in all ways to get an amicable solution and you still didnt cooperate. You are a horrible dealership!!!! Penta Motor Group do better!! We know our consumer rights! SUZUKI MONTANA WHAT A HORROR OF A DEALERSHIP!
