Sold me an unroadworthy vehicle.

I bought a vehicle from them a couple of months ago. I left there informed that ALL tests were performed and finished, couple of days later I was informed the road worthy test was not finished so I was driving my family around with an unroadworthy vehicle. I am also still waiting for my license. You try and contact the dealer principal and he simply does not reply.
