sold an unregistered car with no papers..

I bought a car from the dealership in February and to date the car has not been registered, all i get is a permit every two weeks. and i have to take time off work to go and get this. when I call the branch I am always told that they are still waiting for a duplicate, and to wait for feedback which I never receive, on top of that I was charged money for the registration fee of the vehicle.

Definately will not recommend. I am now considering returning the vehicle as it has become a nightmare.
