Rotten Service

Bought a car on the 30th of October 2020, car is not roadworthy. It has an expired license disc, which I was told a permit or a new disc will be sent to me. I am still awaiting for the paper work, have a car I can't drive because of UN-roadworthy. The sales person sends me from pillar to post telling me lies every time I call him.
