Poor after sales service

I am highly frustrated and irate regarding the level of service received.

I purchased a Mahindra from Penta Group Klerksdorp. Since day one there has been a poor level of service received I did not even have the car for one day and the radio gave a problem. The branch was informed and they did not even provide a courtesy vehicle during this time. The second problem in which I face is the vehicle registration. I requested a personalized number plate. Till date I have received no feedback I am awaiting resolution as they registered the vehicle as normal and what I requested. I also advised that I will pay the difference for the personalized plates. I rejected the delivery of the normal registered plates and required what I requested. The consultant has not yet come back to us and we are currently driving around without permits or a number plate. We have also requested a copy of the contract and have not yet received it.
