PENTA - too financially cash strapped to pay R500-00!

A little over a month ago I stopped in at their Menlyn branch od Suzuki to purchase some accessories for my new Jimny. Some were not available and the dealership arranged for them to be delivered to me in Polokwane where I live. All the parts worked except the wheel cover. The reason was I have put bigger wheels onto the vehicle. Penta agreed to take the item back and refund me.

I am now waiting for what what must almost be 5 weeks to simply get my money back! They have the item and I don,t have my money. Each time they have some lame excuse that I have to send them a bank letter to prove that I own the banking account!

Seems PENTA is in financial trouble if they cannot give me my R500 odd back!

I will never deal with these people again and my advice is for you to rather find a different motor group to do business with!
