PENTA - Suzuki Menlyn - WONDERFUL SERVICE!!
Had our Swift booked in for a service this morning at Penta Suzuki Menlyn. Not knowing that it would normally be a full-day excursion, my husband and I arrived at 07h30 - knowing that we would need to be at another appointment at 12h00.
I spoke to Theresa (our very friendly and helpful Service Advisor) and she said she would see what she could do to speed up the process.
At 10h00 she came in with a huge smile and our car keys... "You're all done and ready to go" - I was so impressed with her service. The Penta Group is lucky to have wonderful people like Theresa on their staff. THANK YOU Theresa - you made my day...
