PENTA MOTOR GROUP , MENLYN, PRETORIA - EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I just want to convey my greatest and sincerest appreciation for PENTA Motor Group in Menlyn, Pretoria. Since last year in December 2018 when i purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them I was treated with the highest professionalism, friendliness and courtesy.

They even increased an initial offer to purchase my old car from me, and was willing to significantly drop the floor price on the pre-owned car I was buying form them. Just to show you they are always willing to negotiate.

They were also very professional when I had some critical repairs done, some items covered by my extended warranty and others not. IN FACT, they were even willing to meet me MORE THAN halfway to repair a non-extended warranty item, and me paying a much smaller portion than otherwise the case.

CONCLUSION:

|I will definitely go back to them when I need to buy another pre-owned vehicle as I just know I will get a great deal and the friendly assisting and caring attitude any client so desperately needs.

I can therefore highly recommend PENTA for both all pre-owned motor car sales, as well as their great workshop for motor vehicle repairs or services.
