PENTA MONTANA MAHINDRA THE WORST SERVICE

Our mahindra karoo Bakkie has been with the dealership Penta Montana MAHINDRA , since 30 May 2024. Ever since then it has been a struggle to get our bakkie , firstky they had issues with the warranty I made the payment for the parts they said mahindra will not be paying my bakkie should be ready today 24/06 called again spoke to the workshop once again no they have to send the bakkie to mayfair gearbox as the transmission is now not working which does not make sense as there was no problem with the transmission. The worst service and nothing they say makes sense to us , do not take your vehicle to this dealership.
