PENTA MENLYN FAIL!

Very disappointing experience at Penta Menlyn. No one returns calls. If you call, they cannot transfer you to anyone because the management have cell phones and no one knows their number! I have been back in person 3 times in an effort to resolve my issue. Each time I am politely told that someone will be in contact. This has been going on since 26th June 2020, and to date I have not received one call back. I now don't trust anyone who works there and have taken my vehicle elsewhere for the required repairs.
