Penta is causing me lots of problems

What was supposed to be a very happy day after purchasing a vehicle for the penta group has turned into a nightmare. My old vehicle was traded in and handed over to the Penta Brits group on the 2nd of December 2020. I am sitting now with fines and a court summons because of neglection driving by whom ever drove the car still with the old numbers plates while it was still registered on my name. I only got the car of my name beginning of March 2021 after a huge fight. I don't understand how this can be my problem. My lawyer and myself are taking steps now against you
