Pathetic childlike behavior towards a customers.

Would not recommend buying a secondhand vehicle from these people at all, especially through long-distance communication.

I bought a brand new vehicle from them and that experience was very nice, but almost 1 year after the initual sale I had to trade in due to lifestyle changes, I needed a safe car for long distanc driving on a daily basis.

I saw a secondhand vehicle on their online catalog that I was very interested in, after communicating the trade in, deal assist and all the different aspects around the trade in I drove through to their dealership on my day off as arranged with them.

Uppon recieving my new vehicle there were a lot of issues, 2x tyres had huge bubbles/pothole damage on, undocumented stonechips and a cracked window.

Thet said I must replace the tyres at a near futment center, and then they would pay me back the invoiced ammount for the tyres, they tried to patch the chip marks on the day at the dealership and said they will also pay for the windscreen replacement..

Long story short, after fixing everything they never payed me back for replacement and also claimed that my vehicle I initially bought (brand new - 1 year old) from them, had a bent axle........... clearly I bought a defective vehicle to begin with.

After a few months of arguments over the phone I decided to move on with my life as its just pathetic childlike behavior towards a customer.
