Pathetic after sales!

I bought my 2nd hand vehicle nearly three months ago from Penta Hyundai Brits. The dealer promised to register the car and send the Natis papers to me as soon as everything has been done. I have followed up on various occasions, after been **** to stating that the papers are at the licensing department which was not the case. Apparently the papers got lost. Myself and my husband have been following up on a weekly basis. We have dealt with one of the owners of the dealership, the second hand sales manager and admin staff. Again all of them are saying they found the papers and the registration has been done. They will send their driver to deliver the papers to us. Yet again empty promises. We are still waiting!

I am very disappointed in the service of this dealer!
