Paid and Lost my Deposit, for a car that is still not delivered.

I have ordered a Suzuki Jimny 10 November 2018 and paid a R5 000 deposit. 6 Months after I have placed the order, there has been no delivery or correspondence in this regard. I have cancelled the order last month, but they still have not paid the deposit back. Each time it is the same story: We will follow up for you. Then they never get back.
