No parts for S-Presso after they took time to find fault
Suzuki and especially the Penta group in Menlyn worries about nothing but money, and does not assist a customer in any way. S-presso has been in for almost 2 weeks after it would not start. After we had to rush from Brits to get spare key so that they could re-program computer, they told me a 5000km on the clock alternator is not under warranty. Webuycars took the R26 000 bill upon themself to pay for damage, Suzuki waited until the money reflected in their account although they had a order number from Webuycars to go ahead and order parts. Now we are told that they have ordered an alternator, but it is on backorder from Japan so cannot tell me how long we will have to wait to get my daughters car back. I feel there are thousands of S-Presso’s on the road, but no parts in SA, so they worry about selling the car but not fixing them? No loan car as we told them we stay in Brits and my daughter studies in Ga-Rankuwa, so we are the ones that sits with all the inconvenience while there is no parts in SA! How long does a person have to wait to have a car fixed if you drive a Suzuki? And when you get upset with service advisor he says” Good Bye” and puts the phone down, no idea of when we will have a vehicle for my daughter again…So disappointed in Suzuki
